Privacy Policy
This document is provided as-is and has not yet been reviewed by outside counsel.
1. Who is responsible
Workably is operated by Teamplut Inc. (팀플럿 주식회사), Republic of Korea. For the personal data described in sections 2 and 3 we act as the controller. For personal data that you or your AI team place in your partition about other people, such as your customers and outreach recipients, you are the controller and we act as your processor (see section 4).

2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account data: email address, login credentials and the name you choose for your subdomain.
- Setup answers and prompts: the answers to the setup questions and the instructions you give to the AI team and the assistant.
- Assistant content: to-dos, reminders, notes and drafts you create with the personal assistant.
- Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help.
Data created when you use the service
- Usage and log data: actions in the console, agent activity, credit usage, IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
- Subscription data: your plan, billing period and payment status. Card details for your Workably subscription are handled by the payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Referral data: a referral code, if you arrived through a link that contains one.
Data about your sales
Your customers pay into the payment account you connect. Workably does not receive or hold those funds. We receive limited information from the provider you chose, such as payment status and amount, so the service can deliver your product and show your reports.
3. How we use it, and on what basis
- To provide the service (create your partition, run the agents, host your sites, run the assistant, send your reports). Basis: performance of our contract with you.
- To bill subscriptions and keep accounting records. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, including checks on outreach email and enforcement of the Acceptable Use Policy. Basis: legitimate interests and legal obligation.
- To fix problems and improve the service using usage and log data. Basis: legitimate interests.
- To send service messages such as security notices, billing notices and changes to these documents. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Data in your partition
Your partition can contain personal data about other people, for example the customers who buy from you, people who write to your support address and recipients of your outreach email. For that data:
- you decide the purposes and are responsible for having a lawful basis, for your own privacy notice and for answering requests from those people;
- we process it only to provide the service to you, on your instructions, and we keep it separated from other customers' partitions;
- we maintain suppression records, such as unsubscribe requests, so that people who opt out are not contacted again. We may keep these records after an account closes, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.
If you received an email sent by a Workably customer and want it to stop, use the unsubscribe link in the message or write to support@workably.dev.
5. AI processing
To produce output, the service sends the relevant prompts, setup answers and context from your partition to AI models, including models operated by third-party AI model providers. Those providers process the data on our behalf in order to return a result. Please do not put sensitive personal data into prompts unless it is necessary.
Content produced by the service is AI-generated. It may be inaccurate, and it should be reviewed before you rely on it.
6. Subprocessors and sharing
We use the following categories of service providers:
- Cloud hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS), for servers, storage and databases.
- AI model providers: to generate text, code and other output.
- Payment processors chosen by you: the payment accounts you connect, such as Stripe or PayPal, which act under their own terms and privacy policies in their relationship with you and your customers.
- Subscription billing and email delivery providers: to charge your Workably subscription and to deliver email.
We also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of people and of the service, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will tell you.
7. International transfers
Teamplut Inc. is based in the Republic of Korea, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention and deletion
- We keep account and partition data while your account is active.
- When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymise it without undue delay, including the contents of your partition. Copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
- We keep what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, and the suppression records described in section 4.
To request deletion, write to support@workably.dev from the email address of your account. Export anything you want to keep first, because deletion cannot be undone.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- complain to the data protection authority where you live.
To use these rights, write to support@workably.dev. We may need to confirm your identity before acting. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you based only on automated processing.
10. Browser storage
This website stores a small amount of information in your browser's local storage so the sign-up flow works: the text you type into the prompt box, the mode you select and a referral code if your link contained one. If you choose a language, that choice is stored in local storage and in a cookie named wlang, kept for one year, so the signed-in app can show the same language. Signed-in areas use storage that is necessary to keep you logged in. This public website does not load advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and, on Korean pages, from the jsDelivr CDN, which means your browser contacts those servers to fetch them.
11. Security, children and changes
- Security. We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, including separation between customer partitions and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires it.
- Children. Workably is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
- Changes. We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify you of material changes.
