Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Workably is operated by Teamplut Inc. (팀플럿 주식회사), a company established in the Republic of Korea ("Workably", "we", "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Teamplut Inc. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use Workably on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for them.

2. The service

Workably provides software that helps one person set up and run a small online business with the help of AI agents. Depending on your plan, the service includes:

  • a private partition on our servers, made up of disk space, a database and a subdomain of workably.dev;
  • AI agents in defined roles (CEO, Researcher, Builder, Marketer, Sales rep, Support and Auditor) that propose business ideas, build a product and a sales site, deploy them, draft and send outreach email, publish content, answer your customers and report to you;
  • a connection to payment accounts that you own, such as Stripe or PayPal;
  • a personal AI assistant for tasks such as to-dos, reminders, notes, research and drafting.

We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.

3. Your account

  • You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 years old.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@workably.dev if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Plans, billing and credits

Workably offers a Free plan and paid plans. Current prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing section of our website. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply to you.

  • Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Credits. Plans include a monthly amount of credits that measure AI work. Unless we state otherwise, unused credits do not carry over to the next month and have no cash value.
  • Limits. Plans have limits, for example on companies, sites, storage, outreach email per day and posts per week. We may enforce those limits technically.
  • Founding 500. The first 500 paying customers receive 40% off the list price of their paid plan for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. The discount is not transferable.
  • Commission. We charge 0% commission on the sales you make. Your payment processor charges its own fees, which are between you and them.
  • Refunds. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, that right applies. Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
  • Price changes. We may change list prices. A change applies to you from your next renewal, and we will notify you beforehand.

5. Your sales and payment accounts

This section describes an important part of how Workably works.

  • To accept payments you connect a payment account that you own, for example with Stripe or PayPal. Your relationship with that provider is governed by their terms.
  • You are the seller and merchant of record for everything sold through sites built with Workably. The contract of sale is between you and your customer.
  • Workably never holds your sales funds. Payments go from your customer to your payment account. We are not a payment institution, escrow agent, marketplace operator or reseller for your sales.
  • You are responsible for your products, prices, customer terms, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, invoices, consumer-law duties, licences and all taxes connected with your sales.
  • We may receive limited information from your payment provider, such as the fact that a payment succeeded, so that the service can show reports and deliver your product.

6. AI-generated content

Ideas, research, code, websites, emails, blog posts, support replies, reports and assistant answers produced by Workably are generated by AI models, including models supplied by third-party providers.

  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your purpose. It may resemble content produced for other users.
  • The Auditor agent is an automated check. It reduces some errors and does not guarantee that content is correct or lawful.
  • You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, publish it or send it, including when Autopilot mode is switched on.
  • Where the law requires that AI-generated content or automated interactions are disclosed to the people who receive them, you must keep the disclosures that Workably adds and add any others that apply to you.
  • Nothing produced by the service is legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. No promise of results

Workably is a tool. We do not promise or guarantee revenue, income, profit, customers, replies to outreach, search rankings, traffic or any other business result. Examples shown on our website, including any "example run", are illustrations and not typical or expected outcomes. Many new businesses make no sales.

8. Your content and data

  • Ownership. Between you and us, you own the content you provide and, to the extent the law allows, the output the service produces for you, including your sites and product files.
  • Licence to us. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
  • Export. You can export your site, content and data at any time while your account is active.
  • Your customers' data. Where your partition contains personal data about your customers or outreach recipients, you decide why and how it is used, and we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Our materials. The Workably software, brand and website remain ours. These Terms do not give you rights in them beyond using the service.

9. Acceptable use and outreach

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It sets out prohibited business categories and the rules for outreach email, including the ban on purchased lists, the unsubscribe and postal address requirements, and the blocking of recipients in jurisdictions that require prior consent. Email sent through Workably is sent in your name, and you are responsible for it.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using Workably and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or limit an account, take a site offline, pause outreach or remove content, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have broken these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that the account creates a security or legal risk, that it harms the deliverability or reputation of the service for other customers, or that payment is overdue.
  • We may terminate an account for serious or repeated violations. Where it is reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data.
  • After closure we delete your partition and account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we incur from third-party claims caused by your products, your sales, your outreach or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes, law and contact

  • Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and we will notify you of material changes. Using the service after the change takes effect means you accept it.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
